The Role


This is real estate acquisitions — not retail real estate, not lead management, not mortgage sales. You must have prior experience working as an Acquisitions Manager/Closer for a fix & flip, wholesale, or investment company.


You’ll be speaking directly with motivated sellers — homeowners in distress (foreclosure, divorce, relocation, financial hardship). Your job is simple: build trust fast, take control of the conversation, present cash offers and creative solutions (including novations), and close the deal.


We provide the leads, underwriting, and appointment setters — you show up and close.

You’ll be working directly with Luis Peguero, our CEO, a seven-figure investor who has built elite sales teams from scratch. Our culture is young, hungry, competitive, and money-driven. You must have prior experience working as an Acquisitions Manager/Closer for a fix & flip, wholesale, or investment company. You’ll be speaking directly with motivated sellers — homeowners in distress (foreclosure, divorce, relocation, financial hardship). Your job is simple: build trust fast, take control of the conversation, present cash offers and creative solutions (including novations), and close the deal. We provide the leads, underwriting, and appointment setters — you show up and close. ⸻ Schedule Monday–Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm est ⸻ compensation • base salary: $1,500–$2,000/month (depending on experience) • commission: tiered 5%–8% of net profit per deal (higher % for higher revenue months) • bonuses: closer of the month ($500–$1,000) • expected earnings: $3,000–$8,000+/month (top closers exceed this) ⸻ what you’ll do • speak daily with motivated sellers (inbound + warm outbound). • Present cash offers + novations, handle objections, and close. • Negotiate aggressively while maintaining rapport. • Work leads provided — no cold prospecting. • Manage pipeline in Follow Up Boss CRM and communicate with team via Discord. ⸻ What We Provide • Inbound + warm outbound leads (all marketing done in-house). • Appointment setters filling your calendar. • Underwriting team giving you the numbers — you focus only on closing. • Training + live support from experienced closers and the CEO. ⸻ Requirements (Non-Negotiable) ✅ Direct acquisitions experience required — minimum 1 year as an Acquisitions Manager/Closer for a real estate fix & flip, wholesale, or investment company. ✅ No retail agents, no mortgage brokers, no property managers, no lead managers. Only proven acquisitions closers. ✅ Must have experience making cash offers + novations directly to sellers. ✅ Fluent English with strong phone presence. ✅ Competitive, driven, and aggressive negotiator who can still build trust. ✅ Thick-skinned: rejection and objections don’t shake you. ✅ Hungry to win and earn — not just “have a job.” ⸻ This Is Not for You If: ❌ You’ve only worked as a lead manager or appointment setter. ❌ You’re a licensed agent looking for side deals. ❌ You’ve never made a cash offer directly to a seller. ❌ You want a laid-back, low-pressure role.
