We're hiring a remote full-time Content Manager to help grow a North American real estate brand. You’ll be managing and executing marketing content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

We’re looking for someone who can run the marketing side independently — from planning content, editing short videos, creating posts, and tracking performance.

If you’re creative, organized, and confident managing content that drives leads and visibility — this is for you.

What You’ll Do:
Own and manage monthly content calendar
Edit short-form video reels
Create Canva carousels and listing posts
Write captions, CTAs, and post content
Monitor reach/engagement and suggest weekly improvements
Support social campaigns (listings, seminars, promotions)

Requirements:

2+ years of social media marketing (real estate experience is a bonus)
Canva + Reels editing skills
Fluent English (written + verbal)
Ability to take initiative and follow through
Must be reliable, accountable, and consistent
Must overlap 3–4 hours with EST (Toronto timezone)
