Freelance Recruiter (Latin America) - Flat Fee Per Hire

Go Global Staffing places dedicated remote employees with US client companies. We are looking for independent recruiters in Latin America to send us strong candidates.

What you will do
- Find and pre-screen candidates in your country (virtual assistants, property management, logistics, home services, graphic designers, web developers, admin, customer support and more)
- Check English level, experience and availability
- Send us qualified candidates with a short summary
- Work on your own schedule. Take as many or as few roles as you like.

Pay
- Flat fee per successful hire. Not a percentage. Details by message.
- Paid after the candidate starts and completes the guarantee period with the client.

Requirements
- Recruiting or HR experience, or a strong network in your country
- Fluent English, spoken and written, is required. All communication with us will be in English.
- Reliable, responsive, and honest about candidate quality

Terms
You work as an independent contractor. You set your own hours, use your own tools and send an invoice for each completed hire. This is not an employment relationship.

Screening questions (please answer in English)
1. Which countries and types of roles do you recruit for, and roughly how many candidates could you send us in the first month?
2. Describe a recent hire you placed: how you found the person and how you checked their English and experience.
