We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our construction company based in Belgium. This is a long-term, part-time position requiring approximately +/- 10 hours per week. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and accounting support, playing a crucial role in our daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently process purchase invoices using the Yuki accounting software. Proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate documentation. Accurately match bank transactions to corresponding records. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed. Facilitate clear and effective communication with our Portuguese subcontractors. Requirements: Proven experience with bookkeeping software is essential. Prior experience with Yuki accounting software is a significant advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English are mandatory to effectively interact with our international team and subcontractors. Ability to work independently and remotely. We are looking for a dedicated professional to establish a lasting collaboration and contribute to the smooth running of our administrative and financial processes.
