Sales Agent

Full-Time | Remote | Local Service Business Focus

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Sales Agent to join our team full-time. Your primary responsibility will be to cold call local service-based businesses and set high-quality appointments for our digital marketing services, including Google SEO and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands the value of seo and ppc for small businesses, communicates with polished and professional english language and verbiage, and knows how to close effectively on calls to secure appointments.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily outbound cold calls to qualified local service business leads (roofing, lawn care, junk removal, painting, etc.).

Present our Google SEO and Ads solutions clearly and confidently.

Overcome objections and communicate ROI-driven value to business owners.

Set appointments for strategy calls with business owners and decision-makers.

Maintain organized call notes and follow-up sequences within our CRM.

Hit weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals consistently.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or appointment setting (cold calling experience required).

Working knowledge of Google SEO and Google Ads (enough to speak intelligently and handle basic objections).

Excellent command of English with professional grammar, tone, and clarity.

Strong closing skills and confidence when speaking to business owners.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Bonus Skills

Previous agency sales experience.

Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs.

Experience with local service niches (roofing, home services, contractors, etc.).

Compensation

Base pay + commission (high earning potential for strong closers).

Opportunities for advancement into Sales Manager roles for top performers. Must speak clear English.
