About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-velocity Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on the phone and knows how to get attention fast. This isn’t passive outreach you’ll be hammering the dialer, breaking through gatekeepers, and booking meetings daily with decision-makers in the U.S. Construction industry.
You’ll use
Apollo.io and Elto (parallel dialer) to run outbound campaigns at scale targeting general contractors, subcontractors, and trade businesses across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
Make 100+ cold calls per day to U.S.-Based prospects using Apollo and Elto
Book qualified meetings with general contractors and construction firms
Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Use email and LinkedIn for follow-ups and multichannel outreach
Maintain activity logs and prospect data in CRM
Track all work using Time Doctor
Be fully available during Eastern Time (EST) working hours
Preferred experience:
3–5 years of experience as an SDR
Selling to construction firms or trade businesses
Estimation services or construction-related SaaS/tools
BPO or offshore service sales
