About Us:
Pipekit.io is a fast-growing company at the forefront of automation and workflow management. We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team on a contract basis.
This role will focus on optimizing our sales processes and systems, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot CRM management and building integrations with various stool types.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and optimize the company’s HubSpot CRM system to support the sales team in tracking opportunities, managing pipelines, and reporting.
● Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other tools, such as Apollo, Slack, WeConnect, and others as needed, ensuring seamless dataflow and communication.
● Develop and implement sales processes and workflows in HubSpot to improve efficiency and sales performance.
● Work closely with the sales and senior leadership team to ensure that data and reporting needs are met.
● Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, and create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership and the sales team.
● Provide ongoing support and training to sales team members on using HubSpot and related tools effectively.
● Identify areas for improvement in sales operations and work collaboratively to drive initiatives that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
● Ensure data cleanliness and integrity within HubSpot and related systems.
● Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to system integrations or data discrepancies.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B environment.
● Strong proficiency in HubSpot, with hands-on experience managing and optimizing the platform.
● Experience building integrations between HubSpot and systems like Apollo, Slack, and WeConnect.
● Knowledge of A PIus age for integrations is a plus.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and insights from sales data.
● Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
● Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on driving results and supporting sales growth.
Preferred Skills:
● Familiarity with additional sales and marketing tools such as Apollo, WeConnect, AiSDR,, ZoomInfo, etc.
● Experience with data analytics tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Dovetail
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
