Searching for Influencers from the Freelance environment

Im needing a Freelancer that could provide me the top 10 influencers in social media about Freelance environment in these countries:

- Malaysia
- Singapore
- Thailand
- Indonesia

The project will be finished with a top 10 list of Influencers, with the public that they reach and the specific content that they provide.

Please take into account that we are searching for influencers with more than 20 thousand followers. They can have less followers only if they are pointing to a specific niche, (example programming freelancers).
