Senior Software Engineer for E-commerce Saas Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of FactFinder Infinity, our machine learning software-as-a-service (SaaS) search and navigation engine for e-commerce. This platform is currently utilized by hundreds of websites and is poised to become a significant innovator in the e-commerce sector. Your primary responsibilities will involve enhancing and expanding our core product and customer offerings.

In addition to the search and navigation engine, which is exposed as an API, we provide our clients with an analytics and configuration portal. This crucial tool visualizes user interaction data, enabling our business customers to understand their visitors, fine-tune the engine, and manage their API integrations. We need your expertise to further refine this portal into an intuitive and highly effective tool for our users.

Your tasks will include building and improving the customer experience of the analytics portal, as well as advancing our core product. You will have substantial influence over technical decisions and the opportunity to shape the future direction of our front-end technology stack.

Requirements:

*  A strong understanding and appreciation for user experience (UX), aesthetics, and overall usability.
*  A commitment to developing user interfaces that delight users.
*  Experience working with single-page applications (SPAs) or a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
*  Ability to write clean, readable, and testable code.
*  Enthusiasm for tackling complex and large-scale projects.
*  A collaborative mindset, enjoying working and learning with peers through activities such as code reviews and design collaboration.
*  Comfortable with English as the primary working language.

Beneficial Traits:

*  Experience in creating data visualization interfaces.
*  Professional experience with JavaScript.
*  Experience with at least one JavaScript UI framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Ember).
*  Familiarity with or interest in F# or C#.
*  Experience with test frameworks and front-end application testing.
*  Experience working with AI-driven coding tools.
