I’m reaching out because I’d love to speak with you for an hour to hear your perspective as an email marketing expert in Mexico & LATAM. For context: We’re building a new solution focused on email list hygiene and email verification (allowing customers to see which emails in their lists would result in hard/soft bounces). The solution is being designed specifically for the Spanish-speaking market and so we want to speak with experienced consultants like yourself to better understand how businesses in Mexico & LATAM are approaching email and email list management.
I’m especially interested in learning how B2B and B2C companies in Mexico and LATAM are running and managing their email campaigns. I’d also value your insight into what email tools are commonly used by large vs small B2B/B2C businesses, what tends to trigger them to clean their email lists, what roles typically do this (if at all) and any other challenges you see around email list support or platform limitations. I would like to understand if these differ by SMB vs large businesses, B2B vs B2C and if there are differences between Mexico vs other LATAM countries. This detail will allow us to better understand customer challenges and enable those to inform the development of our solution. I would love to know if you have any ideas about what would make a great email verification tool, and if there are under served needs in this space that we could potentially solve.
Lastly, if you were launching a new email verification product in Mexico and the rest of LATAM - how would you approach finding customers? e.g. Who to focus on, B2B or B2C, any particular industries, how to reach them etc. Also, any further advice about launching in Mexico and throughout LATAM?

Would you be open to a 60-minute chat sometime soon? I’m happy to send over a short list of questions in advance if helpful.
Thanks so much—I’d really appreciate your insights!
Warmly,
