We are launching a new creative boutique in Bali, focusing on unique crafts and personalized products that offer fun, creativity, and memorable experiences. We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media & Marketing Manager to establish our online presence and drive brand visibility from the ground up. This is a trial project, If results are good, we are open to a long-term collaboration with higher budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness and engagement.
* Create compelling and aesthetically pleasing content, including visuals, videos, and written posts, tailored for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
* Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and responding to comments and messages.
* Identify and engage with local influencers and community groups to expand reach.
* Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
* Collaborate closely with the boutique owner to ensure brand messaging is consistent and reflects the unique concept.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, exceptional storytelling abilities, and a keen eye for aesthetics. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in attracting both tourists and locals, transforming our boutique into a must-visit destination in Bali.
