Hi! I'm the founder of Coast of Gold, an award-winning modern African food brand based in Sydney, Australia.
We're launching a new hero product: Holy Shito, a 10/10 Scoville pepper sauce, and we need a sharp social media video editor to be our go-to creative partner for the rest of the year. The Setup: Every Saturday I run a stall at Carriageworks Farmers Market (Sydney's #1 food destination, 5,000 weekly attendees).
I'll send you 2–3 hours of raw footage each week, customer reactions to our 'Holy Shito Challenge,' product close-ups, founder pieces-to-camera, and ambient market shots. What I Need You to Turn It Into (weekly): 1. 2 short reaction Reels (7–15 seconds each) 2. 1 cinematic product Reel (15–30 seconds) 3. 1 storytelling piece (45–60 seconds) 4. 4 vertical Story clips (3–10 seconds each) 5. Cross-platform versions (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
You're a Fit If You: 1. Edit fast and to a brand brief, not just to your taste 2. Understand short-form hook structure (first 1.5 seconds = everything) 3. Can match a moody, premium aesthetic, think less "spicy challenge bro," more whisky ad meets food documentary 4. Have edited food, beverage, or lifestyle content before (please share examples) 5. Can work weekly without being chased 6. Speak good written English (briefs are detailed and we work async)
This is an ongoing role. We're building 7+ months of content together.

I'll provide a full campaign brief, brand guidelines, asset library, and clear weekly direction.
