I have a  version running on old version of IOS in 2009 called Solqib. Now it need uograding & feature enhancements to run on latest IOS.
Essentially it show prayer times on the 24hr watch face and compass direction to Makkah (on 1 page) with various alarm settings.
Keep it to the KISS Minimalistic design.
