We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Ad Manager to help run and manage ad campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience creating, launching, and optimizing paid ads with a strong understanding of targeting, audience research, A/B testing, and analytics. You should be able to create engaging ad creatives (images or videos with captions), write effective copy, and monitor performance metrics like ctr, cpa, and roas. Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager is required. Bonus if you’ve worked with Shopify, Canva, or e-commerce brands before. You’ll be expected to work independently, manage budgets, and send weekly performance reports. We prefer applicants from the Philippines, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, or Indonesia, but are open to talent worldwide. This is a long-term opportunity with flexible hours. We’re offering $3–$7/hour or a monthly rate of $150–$300 USD depending on your experience and availability.
