Real Estate Photo Editor for Hdr and Image Enhancement (Ongoing)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable photo editor with specific expertise in real estate photography to join our team on an ongoing basis. Our business requires consistent, high-quality image processing with a fast turnaround.

The primary responsibilities will include:

- Merging hdr bracketed photo sets (-3 to +3 ev) to create natural-looking, high-dynamic-range images.
- Performing basic enhancements on single-exposure photos, including adjustments to exposure, contrast, color balance, and clarity.
- Correcting window views to ensure clear visibility of exterior scenes without blown-out highlights.
- Seamlessly replacing TV and monitor screens with provided images, ensuring realistic integration and reflection matching.

Each project typically involves processing 40-80 photos, resulting in approximately 12 final edited images per property. This includes 3-7 HDR merges per project.

Key requirements for this role:

- Exceptional attention to detail to maintain image quality and consistency.
- Ability to deliver completed projects within a strict 12-hour turnaround time.
- Proven experience in real estate HDR photo editing.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
