We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Performance Video Editor to create high-converting video ads for ecommerce products. We launch and test products on a regular basis, and we need an editor who understands how to turn raw content into ad creatives that capture attention, keep viewers engaged, and drive sales. Responsibilities include editing direct-response video ads for ecommerce products, creating multiple variations of creatives by testing different hooks, angles, offers, and structures, and adding subtitles, on-screen text, sound design, pacing, and effects to maximize retention. The editor will also repurpose existing content into fresh ad variations and prepare creatives for Meta, Instagram, and other paid social platforms, collaborating with the team on creative testing and performance improvement. Requirements include proven experience editing video ads for ecommerce brands, a strong understanding of direct-response marketing and paid social creatives, and the ability to create fast-paced, clean, and high-converting video edits. Spanish language proficiency (native or fluent) is required, along with strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently and follow deadlines. Experience with dropshipping, product testing, or scaling ecommerce brands is a plus, as is familiarity with Facebook Ads metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and conversion rate. Experience with UGC ads, testimonial ads, and problem-solution formats is also a nice to have. This is a long-term opportunity with flexible remote work and ongoing projects for multiple products and brands.
