Key Responsibilities:
- Actively reply to comments on our social media posts, maintaining a natural and engaging tone.
- Initiate and sustain conversations by asking thoughtful follow-up questions.
- Identify, pin, and highlight standout community comments to increase visibility.
- Monitor comments for spam, hate speech, or any content requiring immediate attention and flag it accordingly.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media dynamics and user behavior.
- Ability to adopt and maintain a brand's tone of voice without sounding scripted.
- Adaptability in tone and perspective to suit various conversational contexts.
- Reliable weekday availability for quick check-ins and consistent engagement.

Compensation for this ongoing role will start at $50 per month, with the clear expectation that responsibilities and compensation will increase as the community grows and engagement metrics improve.
