About the Challenge
Building and developing a vendor (florists) network from an specific region of the country, cascading goals in order to follow up their performance based on objective data
Onboarding and coaching the florists/vendors in a continuous manner to ensure they abide by relevant KPIs and SLAs
Coordinating with the supply chain team to optimize the supplies and ensure the purchases from florists
Visiting and auditing the florists/vendors periodically to guarantee a standardized way of working on behalf of Mizu by LolaFlora brand
Improving customer satisfaction by monitoring KPIs of florists and gift suppliers on relevant systems, acting as a bridge between the vendor network & customer service operations
Claiming ownership of customers’ issues/problems, following each case through resolution and making sure the root cause has been thoroughly handled
Scale operations to reach our aggressive growth targets with sustainable operations
Understand customer expectations and proactively propose new categories of products we could manage to help increase our sales.
Ensure the quality of our products to guarantee customer satisfaction.
The acquisition and retention of the best performing local florists/vendors in each of the cities
Ability to run your own flower & gifting experimental store and maintain an up-to-date catalog
Expanding our vendor network into other gifting categories Improving customer satisfaction by monitoring
KPIs of florists and gift suppliers on relevant systems, acting as a bridge between the vendor network & customer service operations
Recognizing both vendors’ and customers’ expectations and constantly improving quality of products & services right from the order process to the last-mile delivery
Minimum Requirements
Excellent command and proficiency in Spanish & Turkish
Bachelor degree in relevant academic disciplines or equivalent work experience.
Ideally 3-4 years of progressive experience in dynamic, growth-focused industries
Result-oriented fast paced profile comfortable with working under pressure to meet deadlines
Analytical skills, capable of understanding KPIs and the levers to improve them.
Excellent team-building, communication, and negotiation skills
