Sr. Workforce Software Consultant

We are seeking an experienced WorkForce Software (WFS) specialist to lead a comprehensive, end-to-end implementation project. The successful freelancer will be responsible for guiding the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and detailed solution design through to configuration, rigorous testing, and successful go-live. Key responsibilities include facilitating workshops with our clients to thoroughly understand their unique business needs and subsequently proposing best-practice WFS solutions tailored to their environment. The role requires expertise in configuring advanced functionality across critical WFS modules, specifically Time & Attendance, Absence Management, Employee Scheduling, and enhancing the overall Employee Experience. Furthermore, the project will involve analyzing and efficiently resolving any incidents, defects, or enhancement requests that arise, ensuring the long-term stability and continuous improvement of the implemented WFS solution. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in WFS implementations.
