Sap Service Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant for a 6-month remote contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Service Management (sm) processes within our sap s/4hana environment. This role involves configuring and customizing S/4 Service Management modules, including Service Orders, Service Contracts, Service Billing, and Resource Planning. The consultant will work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions. Key responsibilities also include integrating Service Management functionalities with other core SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), and Customer Service (CS). Additionally, the consultant will provide issue resolution, implement enhancements, and deliver end-user training to ensure smooth system adoption and operation. We require a professional with a proven track record in SAP S/4HANA Service Management, demonstrated by at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations. Strong knowledge of Service Orders, Service Contracts, Billing, and Customer Interaction within S/4 is essential, along with a solid understanding of related modules (sd, mm, fi, cs). Excellent communication and client-facing skills are crucial for success in this role.
