Experienced Sales Setter and Closer for Lead Conversion

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Setter and Closer to join our team at AGI Digital Web, a digital agency specializing in website creation, SEO, landing pages, and e-commerce solutions.

Your main mission will be to prospect potential clients, identify businesses interested in our digital services, book qualified appointments, and close sales. You will be responsible for managing the full sales pipeline — from initial outreach to final conversion — completely independently and at your own pace.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, as well as proven experience in both setting and closing. A proactive approach to client outreach and a commitment to achieving sales targets are essential.

Compensation

This role is 100% commission-based.

You will earn 10% to 20% commission on each sale generated.

No upfront or fixed salary is provided.

You receive your payment only after a sale is successfully closed.
