We’re looking for a freelance Talent Scout + Creator Manager to help us find, onboard, and support creators on our platform.

🧩 Your Missions:

Find and contact potential creators on Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, blogs, etc.

Reach out to agencies and independent talents via email or DMs

Onboard creators and help them set up their profile and posting flow

Guide them on what content works best and how to increase their revenue

Provide support, tips, and regular communication

Be creative, resourceful, and results-driven

✅ Requirements:

Fluent in English (French or Spanish is a plus)

Comfortable working in the adult content industry

Good with outreach, DMs, networking

Strong knowledge of social media platforms

Previous experience in talent scouting, community management, or creator support is ideal

Independent, well-organized, and proactive

Our mission is to empower creators by giving them access to smart tools, real human support, and tailored growth strategies. We’re not just a platform — we’re a partner in their success. To support our expansion, we’re looking for someone resourceful, reliable, and social media-savvy to help us scout new creators and manage ongoing relationships with those already on board. This includes outreach via Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, blogs, and email, as well as helping creators optimize their profiles, content strategies, and revenue.
