I´m starting a Youube channel and I need to hire freelancers that do specifically the videos how I like. I need a video editor. My project is going to be similar to this youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@talesbymonisha/videos    But of course, I want to improve what she is doing with not just images. I would also like to add some videos. My videos has to be at least 8 min long and I need 3 or 4 different image/ video  in every sentence so we make the video dinamic. I have tried with fiverr and I still can´t find anyone that suits my needs so I want to try here in Workana to see if I finally find someone that really meets my expectations.  Characters need to be consistence, not different characters throughout the story because that is confusing for the viewers.

Please, I dont want to deal with people that are just going to TRY. I need people that really understands and have the knowledge to create these videos and improve them using videos and not just images.
