Im starting a Youtube channel and I need help with the edition.

I need to find a freelancer that can make this:
Script, voiceover ( with AI is ok), sound effects, background music, thumbnail, video editing.
Videos have to be at least 8 min long.
I want a person to have a longlasting relashionsip as I need at least 2 videos per week and in the future extend to 3 videos per week.
I need a person that likes what he / she is doing. Put effort,. I´m a person that knows exactly how I like videos to be. I need to change of images/ videos/ scenes every 3 seconds. The whole video has to be dinamic so people watchiing the video, watch until the very end.
If need a profesional person that knows how to make this kind of videos. I have tested already people in fiverr. 3 people already and no one has made was I told them. I had to repeat everything at least 3 times, so this is very frustrating. I need someone that really understand my requirements and if there is something that they dont understand, please ask. I dont bite. And I need to see how the project is going to be before starting. I like pixar-cartoon style to make the videos, or something different if you think it will be good. But I need to agree on the style first.
