We are looking for a Tax Support Specialist with proven experience using CCH Axcess and solid knowledge of U.S. Tax processes. This person will support a U.S. Accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the preparation, review, and management of tax-related data.
Main responsibilities

Use CCH Axcess for tax preparation, review, and data management.

Support U.S. CPAs and tax preparers in organizing and maintaining client tax files.

Assist with e-filing, extensions, and other tax compliance tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.

Provide administrative or operational support when needed.

Project overview

Experience with CCH Axcess (mandatory). 2+ years of experience working with U.S. Tax processes (individual or business). Strong understanding of 1040, 1120, 1065, and related forms. Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (spoken and written). Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to different clients’ needs. Availability to work on U.S. Time zone schedules.
