We are looking for a proactive and organized virtual assistant to help us grow and manage our TikTok Shop store. This is a weekly paid position based on deliverables and results — not hourly. We prefer candidates based in Venezuela or Colombia for better communication and cultural alignment.

🔹 Responsibilities include:
    •    Uploading and updating product listings (images, keywords, pricing).
    •    Communicating directly with clients and affiliate sellers via TikTok, WhatsApp and comments.
    •    Coordinating affiliate performance, sending weekly reports and preparing incentives.
    •    Organizing discount campaigns and coupon codes.
    •    Preparing and moderating TikTok Lives (scripts, pinned products, Q&A).
    •    Managing insurance claims via UPIC for lost or damaged orders.
    •    Responding to customer questions and assisting with post-sale service.

This is not an hourly job — we expect commitment, responsibility, and visible progress each week. You must be organized, communicative, and results-driven.

TikTok is our fastest-growing channel, and we are building a strong presence with affiliates, live selling, and customer-focused service. We’re looking for someone consistent, creative, and results-oriented who wants to grow with us. The position is long-term and paid weekly, based on clear deliverables and communication.
