Hi,
I have a 4 hour video ( About Contracting ) it is in English, I want it to be 1 translated , and the freelancer , would record his voice over the video with the Arabic language , so , at last the video would be in Arabic Language. Things to take care about is the speed and the matching of the arabic translation with the video. ( Budget is limited)
