π Remote Customer Support Job β Spanish eCommerce Store π
Dear Candidate,
We are a fast-growing Spanish eCommerce store looking for young, motivated individuals (18-25 years old) to join our customer support team.
π No experience? No problem! We will provide all the necessary training β all you need is a good attitude, motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility.
What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Representative, your job is to assist customers via email and chat. You will follow a simple, structured process to ensure every customer has a smooth experience.
πΉ Respond to customer inquiries about orders, returns, and shipping
πΉ Handle complaints professionally and provide solutions
πΉ Maintain clear and timely communication (all messages must be answered within 24 hours)
πΉ Work remotely from anywhere with just a laptop and internet connection

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)
π‘ Experience with eCommerce or customer service
π‘ Familiarity with Gorgias, Shopify, Slack, DeepL (or willingness to learn)
