Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and analyze user behavior. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Collaborate with UI designers to align visual and functional aspects. Essential Skills & Tools Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Google Slides, Chatgpt, ai-driven ux analytics tools. Skills: Information architecture, usability testing, wireframing, research methods, heuristic analysis. AI/Automation: Experience with AI tools for research and analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, Hotjar, GA4). Experience & Qualifications Senior: 5+ years in UX with strong research and problem-solving ability. Mid-Level: 3–5 years of experience with a user-centered approach. Junior: 1–3 years of experience, eager to grow in research and strategy, internship preferred. Portfolio & Work Expectations Showcases polished process work (wireframes, prototypes, and research-driven decisions). Must display a strong ability to optimize user flows and interactions. Proven experience in balancing multiple projects and user-centered solutions. Soft Skills & Work Ethic Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Fluent in English and Spanish. Fast executor who thrives in rapid project environments. Open to constructive feedback but capable of defending well-reasoned UX choices.
