Virtual Assistant – Shopify, Social Media & Graphic Design (Full-Time)

We are looking for a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant to help grow our online businesses. The role blends Shopify management, social media content creation, and graphic design — so you’ll need to be confident wearing multiple hats. Our brands include automotive e-commerce and a new athletic apparel line (X-Trn). This is a great opportunity to work on projects that are both structured and creative, where your input will directly impact brand growth. What you’ll do: Manage and update Shopify stores (products, collections, discounts, blogs). Create engaging social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Design simple but professional graphics for social media, email, and product pages (Canva/Photoshop). Write captions, basic SEO product descriptions, and newsletters. Help with admin tasks (data entry, scheduling, competitor research). Suggest ideas to improve branding, marketing, and workflows. What we’re looking for: Experience with Shopify (required). Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar). Confident with social media content creation and scheduling. Good English writing skills (captions, product descriptions). Organized, reliable, and able to work independently. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Hours & Pay: Full-time role (around 40 hrs/week). Long-term opportunity for the right candidate. Bonus Skills (not required but a plus): Email marketing (Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Mailchimp). Paid ads experience (Meta/Google). Video editing for reels or TikToks.
