I am seeking a detail-oriented and proactive virtual assistant to support the development and maintenance of internal organizational systems for a growing healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating structured workflows and task management systems that support both short-term goals and long-term business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational workflows.

Creating and managing lists of potential referral partners, community contacts, and professional outreach targets.

Tracking lead generation activities and ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects and partners.

Assisting with content coordination for social media, including light editing, scheduling, and publishing.


The candidate must be able to work independently, anticipate needs, and bring structure to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pivot Physio is a specialized pelvic health physical therapy practice focused on delivering high-quality care and community-based wellness. As the business continues to expand, there is a growing need for a virtual assistant who can take ownership of back-end operational systems and streamline communication, outreach, and follow-up tasks. I am currently seeking a process-builder—someone who can take initiative to design and implement systems that bring structure and efficiency to my operations. Over time, this role will evolve to include more task execution, with the foundation of strong systems already in place.
