I’m hiring a virtual assistant to create customized weekly meal plans that support both my personal health goals and my family’s daily routines. I follow an intermittent fasting schedule, typically consuming three meals and two snacks per day within a defined eating window. At the same time, I need standard, well-balanced meals planned for my family.
Weekly Deliverables:
A complete, intermittent fasting–aligned meal plan for me with three nutrient-dense meals and two snacks per day, tailored to a compressed eating window.
A standard family meal plan with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks suitable for adults and children.
A consolidated, organized grocery list categorized by store section for efficient shopping.
Occasional batch-prep tips or make-ahead meal suggestions.
Understands the principles of intermittent fasting and how to build energy-sustaining meals within that framework.
Experienced in creating meal plans for households with diverse dietary needs.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and efficient in recipe sourcing and list organization.
Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, or Notion.
Bonus: Background in nutrition, health coaching, or family wellness.
