We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) with a background in credit repair to join our team. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of the credit repair process. You will be assisting our team with administrative tasks, client communication, and credit-related research.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with credit repair process and strategy implementation for clients.
Handle client communications via phone, email, and chat, providing timely updates on credit repair progress.
Manage client documentation and organize data for easy access.
Track and update client credit reports, disputes, and progress.
Research credit laws and updates to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
Support clients with credit inquiries, dispute resolution, and credit score improvement strategies.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in credit repair, credit counseling, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of credit repair process, dispute letters, and credit report analysis.
Familiarity with credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) and their dispute processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
