Project overview
VivaVoyage helps people experience Spain like a local, offering short-term study programs with accommodation, cultural activities, and a vibrant international community. Our goal is to make the website inviting, interactive, and easy to navigate for potential customers, who are typically young people (18-35) from all over the world looking to immerse themselves in the Spanish culture. Key Sections of the Website: Landing Hero (Main Page) Visual: Full-screen, impactful image of students in Spain (could be beach, tapas, flamenco, city life). Text: "Live like a local. Experience Spain from the inside out." CTA: Primary button options such as “Join the Waitlist” or “Get More Info”. About VivaVoyage (What We Offer) Text: Brief introduction to what we offer. Visuals: Youthful, authentic images of students enjoying Spain. Bullet points or icons for the main offerings (language courses, accommodations, cultural activities, etc.). Program Packages (Offer Options) Display our packages (Basic, Plus, Pro) clearly in a grid format or tabular layout. Highlight what’s included in each (language classes, accommodation types, group events, etc.). Option to Add Extra Activities (surf trips, cooking classes, etc.). CTA button under each package to either Book or Learn More. Testimonials Real feedback from past participants. Authentic photos or Polaroid-style visuals of students in Spain. Short quotes about their experience. Lead Capture Section Simple form: Name, Email, What are you interested in? (Dropdown: Program Type, Activities). Add a CTA like “Join Now” or “Get More Information”. This section should be visible after the program descriptions and testimonials. FAQ Section Questions like: “Do I need to speak Spanish?”, “How do I book my accommodation?”, “What’s the best time to visit?”. Team Section (Optional) Photos and short bios of the team members (Josh, Mireia, and Pablo). Personality-driven approach—people should feel like they are connecting with real humans. Design Style & Aesthetic: Overall Mood: Youthful, minimal, modern, fresh, and vibrant. We want people to immediately feel the excitement of traveling and immersing themselves in a new culture. Colors: Terracotta, beige, deep blue (Mediterranean), olive green, and white. These should give a warm, welcoming feel while reflecting the Spanish lifestyle. Typography: Clean, friendly fonts (something modern like Poppins, Lato, or Montserrat). Images: High-quality, authentic photos (people having fun in cultural settings, vibrant food, dancing, etc.). Functionalities: Mobile-First Design: The site must be responsive and look great on both mobile and desktop. Easy Navigation: Simple, clean navigation with clear sections for the different information. Dropdown menus or a sticky header might be useful. SEO Optimization: The site should be optimized for search engines with keywords related to studying abroad, Spanish language courses, and travel experiences in Spain. Additional Features (Optional): Blog Section: If possible, we’d like to have a blog to post articles about cultural experiences in Spain, tips for travelers, etc. Multi-language option: It would be great to have the option to view the site in both English and Spanish. Timeline: We’d love to launch the website by June 2025, so we aim to have everything ready by early May for testing and final adjustments. Please let us know if the timeline works and any adjustments or requirements you might have.
