We are a growing electrical service company based in New York City, and we are looking for a remote, bilingual Customer Service Representative who can help us manage inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and communicate clearly with both English and Spanish-speaking customers.

This position is remote but requires excellent spoken and written communication in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer phone calls in a friendly, professional tone

Schedule and confirm appointments for our field technicians

Respond to messages and emails using our CRM

Provide basic information about our services

Follow up with customers for feedback or rescheduling

Communicate clearly with both our internal team and customers

Knowinh how to use Jobber is a plus
