Web system with mobile app

Develop a web Based User Management system with a mysql database.  For 3 user types; one is examiners, two is fellows, three is Graduates. CONDITION: Graduates should not see the examiner and fellows sections. Examiners and fellows should not see Graduates and if a fellow is not an examiner they should not see examiner section and if Examiner is not a fellow should not see the fellow section. If an examiner is also a fellow of a fellow is also an examiner both examiner and fellows section should be visible. main dashboard; the main user dashboard for all users is their profile with content of title, full name, email, country, hospital, institution, specialty, sub-specialty, phone number, lms name,  lms pass, photo, cv. the examiner section content is examiner number, role (either examiner or observer or panel head or court of examiner or chief examiner), attended fcs 2025 (yes no), attended fcs 2024 (yes no), attended fcs 2023 (yes no), attended fcs 2022 (yes no), attended fcs 2021 (yes no), attended fcs 2020 (yes no), attended mcs 2025 (yes no),attended mcs 2024 (yes no), attended mcs 2023 (yes no), attended mcs 2022 (yes no), attended mcs 2021 (yes no), attended mcs 2020 (yes no). This section only admin can change.  Add a check box requesting examiners to confirm availability for the 2025 mcs (morning and/or afternoon) and/or fcs exams. For those who confirm for the FCS Exams, a qr code based name tag (5.4cm lengthx9cm width)should be shown with the logo, Examiner Number, Full Name, Specialty and Role (Sample ID attached here). QR Code should be linked to the Examiners Profile. Users can download it. Admin should be able to download all generated name badges in a word document table. fellows section; the fellows section content is category (honorary fellow or foundation fellow or fellow by election or fellow by exam or associate fellow or member specialist), member/fellow number, fellowship year (only admin can change),  annual subscription 2020 (paid/ unpaid),annual subscription 2021 (paid/ unpaid),annual subscription 2022 (paid/ unpaid),annual subscription 2023 (paid/ unpaid),annual subscription 2024 (paid/ unpaid), annual subscription 2025 (paid/ unpaid), annual subscription 2026 (paid/ unpaid),annual subscription 2027 (paid/ unpaid), annual subscription 2028 (paid/ unpaid). Only admins can make changes in this section. A QR based name tag with logo, Name, Fellow Number, Category and a QR code on their Annual Subscription status should be shown for all the Fellows. graduates section; should show their exam id number, programme entry no, specialty, funding source (self, acs, ao-alliance, smile train, kids or, op smile, 2nd chance, kidsor, resurge, paacs), graduation fee (paid/unpaid), gown hire (paid/unpaid), , gown return( yes), cert collected (yes), and fcs exam result (average, percentage, pass or fail), comments (amounts). Only the admin can make changes to this section. In the graduate section, a ticket with a QR code for a 58mm receipt paper with all the details and a comments box.
Graduates ticket, Fellows Name badge and examiners name badge should have the ability to be printed by the admin on a 58mm Receipt printer.

Also for this system, develop a fully functioning Mobile App where users can login in and update, view their details. Admin can login to view, change records, also print and admin can scan QRcodes to view the respective details. When admin scans Examiners QR Code, it should put a yes for attended fcs 2025 exams.


Give me all the files and supporting files in a zipped folder which are fully deployable without any errors.
