We are seeking a skilled AI Agent Developer to create a WhatsApp-based AI training assistant. This assistant will be designed to train and support hotel staff through interactive, real-time conversations. The core functionality will involve simulating customer interactions, testing staff response quality, and providing immediate feedback.

We are building a WhatsApp-based AI training assistant to enhance the skills and support of hotel staff. The system will leverage the WhatsApp Business API (Twilio) for communication, powered by advanced OpenAI GPT models for intelligent dialogue generation. A simple admin dashboard will be included for tracking staff progress, performance, and responses, providing valuable insights for HR managers.
Core Objectives:
- Interactive Training via WhatsApp: Develop an AI agent capable of simulating realistic customer interactions, evaluating staff responses, and delivering constructive feedback directly within WhatsApp.
- Multi-language Support: Implement support for multiple languages, with English and Spanish being the primary requirements.
- Integration Stack: Utilize Twilio WhatsApp Business API for robust messaging capabilities. Integrate with Openai api (gpt-4 or a fine-tuned model) to drive the training dialogue logic. The backend orchestration can be built using n8n,
Node.js, or Python (FastAPI / Flask) to manage message flows and system logic.
- Performance & Analytics: Implement a system to store chat logs and performance metrics. This data will be accessible via a dashboard or synchronized with Google Sheets, allowing HR managers to easily monitor staff training progress and overall performance.
