Project Description

I am looking for a freelancer or small team with experience in automation and chatbots to implement a WhatsApp Business chatbot for a company.

The goal is to automate the initial interaction with customers who contact the company through WhatsApp, answer frequently asked questions, and collect basic customer information before transferring the conversation to a human agent.

The chatbot should ideally include the following features:

• Automatic response when a customer starts a conversation
• A flow to collect customer information (name, product interest, city, etc.)
• Automated responses to frequently asked questions
• Ability to send follow-up or reminder messages to customers who already started a conversation
• Option to escalate the conversation to a human agent when necessary

Ideally the bot should also be able to integrate with automation or AI tools if needed.

In your proposal, I would like to know:

• What technology or platform you use to build the chatbot
• Whether you handle the WhatsApp Business API setup
• Estimated implementation time
• Implementation cost
• Estimated monthly cost for maintenance or licenses (if applicable)

For context, the business currently receives approximately 50 to 200 conversations per day through WhatsApp.

I am currently evaluating different options, so it would be great if you could also share examples of similar chatbots you have implemented and an approximate quote for this type of project.
