Wordpress Designer/Developer Needed – Move Law Firm Website from Elementor to an Easy-to-Edit Theme

Description:

I have a WordPress website for a California-based law firm, currently built with Elementor. I'd like to move it to a more suitable theme that is easier to update, faster, and more professional looking. I'm looking for a web designer and developer who can handle the migration cleanly without breaking the site or losing content or rankings.

What I need:

Recommend a good-fit theme (for example GeneratePress, Kadence, Astra or a block theme) and set it up
Rebuild the existing pages in the new theme, keeping content, SEO settings, URLs and redirects intact
A clean, professional design that suits a US law firm, and works well on desktop, tablet and mobile
A setup that lets me make everyday changes (text, images, new pages, blog posts) myself
Google Analytics (GA4) tracking, ideally via Google Tag Manager, with tracking for form submissions, phone clicks, email clicks and consultation button clicks, plus a cookie consent banner suitable for California (ccpa/cpra)
basic accessibility and speed best practices
removal of leftover elementor code and unused plugins
work done on a staging copy first, with a backup taken before going live

ideal experience:

wordpress theme migrations and design work
setting up ga4 and google tag manager
some understanding of seo-safe migrations
law firm or professional services sites (a bonus, not essential)

budget: $20 per hour

timeline: flexible, but i'd like to start soon. Some overlap with Pacific Time hours for calls would be helpful.
