Wordpress Website Content and Layout Updates for Existing Custom Site

I am seeking a skilled student or junior developer to assist with updates to an existing hand-made WordPress website. The site was built several years ago and I have managed it since with limited technical knowledge. The initial phase of this project involves implementing new content pages, adjusting the current menu structure to accommodate these additions, and performing small layout fixes to improve the site's appearance and functionality. Attention to detail and an understanding of custom WordPress themes are important. If satisfied with the initial work, there will be a potential follow-up project to develop a customer sign-up tool for our courses. The freelancer should be proficient in English or German for technical discussions, although my Spanish is acceptable for general communication.
