YtubeViews, a premium YouTube editing agency with a proven track record of over 714 videos and collaborations with more than 50 creators, is seeking talented video editors. We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team and work on standard long-form content, including talking-head videos, educational content, vlogs, and screen recordings.
We require editors who can consistently deliver 4-8 high-quality videos per month. Key responsibilities include ensuring clean pacing, implementing smart cuts, selecting appropriate background music, and seamlessly integrating b-roll footage to enhance viewer engagement. A strong understanding of narrative flow and visual storytelling is essential.
Candidates must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience with Adobe After Effects is a significant advantage and highly valued. We offer a clear growth path within the agency, with opportunities to advance to a premium tier based on performance and expertise.
