Zapier Developer for imports Logistics Automation with Whatsapp, Google Sheets and Crm Integration

We are seeking a skilled Zapier developer to automate our end-to-end imports logistics service. Our business will operate as a hub in Ecuador, facilitating online orders from the USA for our customers. The core process involves customers providing a link to their desired online product. We then place the order, manage its delivery to our warehouse in the USA, and handle all subsequent international shipping to Ecuador, including customs clearance and associated costs. Once the package arrives at our Ecuador warehouse, customers can choose between local delivery or pickup.

This project requires comprehensive automation across several key areas:

1.  WhatsApp Integration: The entire customer interaction process needs to be automated via WhatsApp. This includes receiving product links from customers, providing order status updates, and notifying them upon package arrival in Ecuador.
2.  Google Sheets Automation: A robust system must be implemented to track customer orders, shipping details, and manage online payments within a Google Sheet. This will serve as a central hub for all operational data.
3.  API Automation: Leveraging Zapier, the developer will be responsible for connecting various APIs to streamline the workflow, from order placement on external shipping/logistics/transportation/warehouse sites to updating tracking information and payment statuses.

The goal is to create a seamless, automated experience for our customers, where they make a single payment, and we manage all logistics without manual intervention. We need an expert who can design and implement efficient, reliable automation flows to support our growing operations.
