Encode any video format to Mp4 with Ffmpeg

Hello!
We have an adult content website dedicated to streaming where we constantly receive videos uploaded by users. We process the videos with FFmpeg, but this process has stopped working in part.

The process does the following:
1 - Extract thumbnails from the video
2 - It extracts the different resolutions of video depending obviously which has the video.
3 - Cut the video into 12 pieces that are then joined to create a preview of the video, these pieces are not always 12 since they depend on the duration of the video.
4 - Add watermark to the video
5 - Optionally, the user has the option to add an official Intro of the website to the video.


The processes that have stopped working are the following:

5 - Optionally the user has the function of adding an official Intro of the website to the video.

Tenemos un sitio web de contenido adulto dedicado al streaming donde constantemente recibimos vídeos subidos por usuarios. Procesamos los vídeos con FFmpeg, pero este proceso ha dejado de funcionar en parte.

El proceso hace lo siguiente:
1 - Extrae miniaturas del vídeo
2 - Extrae las diferentes resoluciones de vídeo dependiendo obviamente las que tenga el vídeo.
3 - Recorta el vídeo en 12 trozos que luego son unidos para crear una vista previa del vídeo, estos trozos no siempre son 12 ya que dependen de la duración del vídeo.
4 - Agrega marca de agua al vídeo
5 - Opcionalmente el usuario tiene la opcion de agregar un Intro oficial del sitio web al vídeo.


Los procesos que han dejado de funcionar son los siguientes:
