About Us:
We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the Beauty space, passionate about delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer experiences. As we expand, we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and e-commerce-savvy Video Editor to join our team and help bring our brand stories to life across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do:
Edit high-converting video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

Create promotional product videos, UGC-style content, testimonials, and video sales letters (VSLs).

Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips optimized for engagement and conversions.

Proactively source viral video content, trends, and relevant clips online that can be integrated into our creatives to boost engagement and relatability.

Collaborate closely with our marketing team, copywriters, and creative strategists to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.

Implement feedback quickly and efficiently to iterate and improve video performance based on metrics (e.g., ctr, watch time, roas).

Stay up-to-date with editing trends, platform best practices, and competitor strategies.

Responsibilities:
Take raw footage or assets and turn them into polished, ready-to-launch video content.

Add captions, transitions, animations, sound effects, and music where needed to enhance storytelling.

Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Maintain organized video libraries and project files.

Optimize video formats for different platform specifications.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Video Editor, ideally in the e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) space.

Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce ads, social media videos, or product storytelling.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.

Understanding of video marketing fundamentals: hooks, pacing, storytelling, and calls-to-action (CTAs).

Ability to work with minimal supervision while hitting aggressive deadlines.

Bonus: Familiarity with paid ad performance metrics and how creative impacts conversion rates.

Bonus: Motion graphics or animation skills.
