Acquire Airbnb Leads in Metro Manila and Cebu $70 (3500php) per Commission

Hello there, I am the owner and founder of an Airbnb management company in the USA. We are currently expanding our services to the Philippines.

I need clients for our property management services, and I know that there are a lot of skilled professionals on workana that are very familiar with this kind of work in the Philippines.

I will be offering $70 usd or 3500 php for every successful referral. From my experience, if you find the right referral or Realtor in the Philippines, they will most likely have multiple properties available for hosting. Each property counts as a separate referral that is eligible for the commission.


I need Airbnb clients that live in the United States (as well) at the same rate. I have no limitations or preferences. We will also have a proper partnership contract and provide marketing materials if needed.


Referrer will be eligible for commission after confirmation that their referred client finalizes our hosting contract agreement. Our hosting contract agreement is considered completed once the Referred client processes the startup fee.

All commission payments shall be processed to the referrer within three business days of the completion of the hosting contract agreement by the Referred client.
