Actualmente tengo un sitio web hecho en Joomla y el carro de compra en Opencart. Lo que necesito en una primera etapa es actualizar el Joomla y dejar el sitio con opción de idioma en inglés (el texto ya lo tengo traducido). Además, tengo un carro de compra en opencart el cual también debe quedar en ambos idiomas (texto también lo tengo traducido).


Además, necesito que maneje el diseño de imágenes y fotos para crear banner publicitarios.
