Adaptacion de una librería Arduino y programar un sensor de presión

Adaptar una librería de Arduino Seeeduino Lorawan para ser usado en un Adafruit Feather MO. Luego adaptar un programa de un sensor de presión. Es para utilizarlo en Microsoft Azure Iot Edge
He instalado un IOT Edge en un gateway RAK 2245, y esta funcionando bien.

Ahora quiero enviar datos desde un nodo, utilizando Arduino.

El programa de Arduino que quiero utilizar es

Pero utilizan una placa Seeeduino como se explica en
https://github.com/Azure/iotedge-lorawan-starterkit/tree/master/Arduino

La placa que quiero utilizar (en vez del Seeeduino) es una Adafruit Feather M0 Lora para 915Mhz

Hay que adaptar la libreria lorawan y luego integrar la mediciónd el sensor especificado  a continuacion

El sensor que debo utilizar es el siguiente

Debe medir en milímetros de altura de columna de agua en tiempos variables, en algunos casos horas, o en otros días
