Ai and Design Specialist for Social Media Management (Wellness/Spirituality Focus)

Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the social media accounts for Alma Yoga Caracas, primarily focusing on Instagram. Create captivating and high-converting posts, reels, and stories using existing video and photo content, supplemented by AI-driven techniques. Develop and maintain a consistent and authentic voice across all posts, aligning with the personal tone of the brand. Utilize AI tools to optimize content creation and social media strategies, ensuring content is engaging and tailored to our audience. Monitor analytics to gauge content performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the brand owner to ensure content aligns with overall brand objectives and audience engagement goals. Requirements: Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating design skills and effective communication. Proficiency in AI tools and techniques applicable to social media content creation and management. Background or strong interest in wellness, yoga, or spirituality is highly preferred. Fluent in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a comprehensive content calendar. Excellent writing skills, capable of crafting engaging and persuasive copy that resonates with a wellness-oriented audience. Additional Information: This is an initial one-month contract with potential for extension based on performance. The selected candidate will be given access to a shared iCloud album containing all necessary media assets. The role is remote, offering flexible working hours to suit varying time zones.
