We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and implement a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system for our knowledge management initiatives. The primary goal of this project is to enhance our ability to retrieve relevant information and generate accurate, contextually appropriate responses from our extensive knowledge base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, with specific experience in building and deploying RAG architectures. Responsibilities will include selecting or setting up appropriate large language models (LLMs), designing efficient retrieval mechanisms, integrating with existing data sources, and ensuring the system's scalability and performance. A deep understanding of vector databases, embedding models, and prompt engineering is crucial for success in this role. The project involves the full development lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to deployment and optimization.
All of our existing knowledge currently exists as
monday.com items and subitems, as well as information compiled in slack channels. We need someone to create a RAG system based on OpenAI or Anthropic foundational models, to enable our employees to access this information in an efficient and accurate fashion, and for the project to be well documented.
For such a solution, we will control all the infrastructure using hostinger and local servers, we'll also provide the model API tokens. All the information and infrastructure will me managed in-house.
