We’re looking for a Document Control Manager with 6 to 10 years of experience leading document management strategies in complex, fast-paced environments. You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining robust systems for version control, traceability, and secure access to project documentation—ensuring our teams always have the right information at the right time. As we continue scaling operations across multiple projects and regions, this role will be critical in establishing structure, standardization, and best practices in how we manage technical and contractual documentation.
You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to streamline workflows, minimize risk, and promote a culture of operational excellence. We’re seeking someone with a deep understanding of document control systems in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors, and proven experience leading teams, implementing platforms (like Aconex, SharePoint, Egnyte or similar), and improving compliance across all project phases.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bogotá, Colombia.
